Issue resolution and timelines depend upon the type of issue or request.  We know a small issue can halt the flow of your business, so we try to get your tickets and inquiries taken care of immediately.  Most issues can typically be resolved within 1-2 Business days.  If you're a Customer under contract you can refer to the contract document for your specific Service Level Agreements.
