How to use the Fleet View

How to use the Fleet View

You can view all of your sites in one place by utilizing Enact’s “Fleet View”. To access this, log in to your Enact account and click on “Monitor Fleet” at the top of the page.

At the top you will see the number of sites offline, the number of sites online, the number of sites that are solar only and the number of sites that are solar plus battery storage.

If a system is offline, this could mean a variety of things such as the customer has not given authorization yet, we are not receiving data from the site, etc.

You can search for a specific site or use the filter options on the left hand side as needed.

Click on the icon under the “Home App” column to dive deeper into specific metrics and performance data. Enact will provide you with separate login credentials to this fleet view website and this can be shared within your team.

Click on the icon under the "OEM Portal” column to go directly to that specific OEM.
