How to clear cache & hard reload Google Chrome?

Please find the steps to clear cache and hard reload in Google Chrome

1. Click on Ellipse(3 dots) at the top right on Google Chrome Page and go to More Tools > Developer Tools. Let the tools be open on the page
2. Right click on the refresh button near address bar
   
   
   
3. Click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload
