This is an optional step and you can add a Battery if you want to include Storage in your design. Please follow the below steps to add storage:
- Click on Storage from the Storage section
- Add a Battery from the Properties section on the right
- Select the manufacturer and model of the battery and adjust the quantity
- You have the ability to change the AC/DC coupling or Reserve %
- Under the Battery Settings > Control Strategy, you can choose either Self Consumption or Time Based discharge
- For Time based Discharge you can update the intervals by clicking on "Update" button
