Depending on the type of account you have, applicable rules may apply in referencing the Term of Service.  

  • For trial accounts, please submit your request to support@enact-systems.com within 15 days of the start of your trial.
  • For subscription users that either pay in advanced or on a monthly basis, we require you to request a written notice 30 days prior to your cancellation expected date to support@enact-systems.com. Please note that no refunds will be given for prior months of service and/or active account statuses. 
  • For contract users, users must adhere to the terms of their contract and reference questions with Customer Success or other Department Head Personnel.  For questions, please contact support@enact-systems.com
